Plant-Based Eating Saved My Life

Chef Mike has a sincere interest in helping people switch over to a plant-based diet and consider a vegan lifestyle. He started this journey by breaking down completely. Dealing with ulcerative colitis, at his worst, he was up all night. He was taking 14 huge pills a day and his doctor informed him that colon cancer was most likely in his future.

Deciding to live by the principle “My Health, My Responsibility” changed Chef Mike’s health for the better. Plant-based eating saved his life. His ulcerative colitis has been in remission for over 7 years with zero medication. He’s eating like a champ and feels like a champ.

Chef Mike and his family are masters at eating the rainbow, with their home-grown ingredients and scratch made recipes. Throughout their plant-based journey, they have created a number of delectable dishes.
